Congratulations To Prabowo, Indian PM Offers RI To Strengthen Cooperation

JAKARTA - Presidential Candidate Prabowo Subianto won the quick count for the 2024 presidential election. The result was responded to by congratulations from a number of high-ranking friendly countries. Recently, Indian Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi.

Prabowo's post would like to thank him. He admitted that if he won the 2024 presidential election and became president-elect, he would follow up on the invitation of the Indian PM.

"Thank you, Prime Minister @narendramodi, for your congratulatory message for our election," Prabowo said on his X social media account, @prabowo, Monday, February 19.

According to Prabowo, the invitation from the Indian PM regarding a lucrative strategic partnership between Indonesia and India was a positive offer for the two countries.

He also said he would look further at the offer.

"I have the same sentiment as you to further strengthen the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Indonesia and India to a higher level. I hope to work closer to you," Prabowo hoped.

Previously, the Indian Prime Minister congratulated the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number 2, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka based on the results of the quick count of the survey agency related to the 2024 presidential election.
