Polda Metro Jaya's Steps Attract Cases And Investigate The Death Of Tamara Tyasmara's Child

JAKARTA - Dirkrimum Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Wira Satya Triputra will use a model A report in the case of Dante's death, Tamara Tyasmara's son. Kombes Wira explained, model A reports are complaints made by police officers who experience, know, or find out firsthand what happened.

"We (based on) a model A police report made by members because we received reports from the public," Wira told reporters at Jeruk Purut TPU, Cilandak, South Jakarta, Tuesday, February 6.

Meanwhile, Head of Sub-Directorate III Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Rovan Richard Mahenu said that from the model A report, article 359 of the Criminal Code would be applied.

The article 359 of the Criminal Code due to its mistake (appropriateness) causes another person to die, is threatened with a maximum imprisonment of five years or a maximum imprisonment of one year.

"The article reported is 359 of the Criminal Code," said Rovan in a short message.

However, Rovan explained that so far the reported party is still in the process of being investigated.

"Reported in the investigation," he said.

Case Withdrawn To Polda Metro Jaya

Kombes Wira also explained that this case was initially handled by the Duren Sawit Police, because the incident was in the area. However, because this is related to the child case, the case is withdrawn to the Polda Metro Jaya.

"From the start, of course, the Duren Sawit Police received a report that there were victims who died, so the initial handling was carried out," he said.

"Then this case became public attention because the victims were children," he added.
