JAKARTA - A company owned by the richest person in Indonesia, two brothers Robert Budi Hartono and Michael Bambang Hartono, PT Dwimuria Investama Andalan recorded a net profit of IDR 15.09 trillion throughout 2020.

The net profit of the company, the largest shareholder of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), fell from its 2019 position of IDR 15.98 trillion. It decreased by 5.52 percent on an annual basis (year on year / yoy).

Based on the financial reports published by BCA, in the 2020 period there was an increase in interest and sharia income to Rp.65.78 trillion from the previous Rp.64.19 trillion, or an increase of 2.46 percent.

However, there was a slight decrease in other operating income from the previous Rp21.32 trillion to Rp 21.19 trillion. However, their assets grew to Rp1,217 trillion compared to the end of 2019 which was valued at Rp1,005 trillion.

President Director of BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja and Director Vera Eve Lim confirmed that the Dwimuria financial report is part of the financial statements of BCA and its subsidiaries as of December 2020.

Dwimuria's shareholders are the crazy rich Indonesian duo, Robert Budi Hartono and Michael Bambang Hartono, in other words the controlling shareholder of BCA. The composition of shares owned by public shareholders is 2.49 percent, also owned by parties affiliated with Dwimuria Investama Andalan.

The Hartono duo are still the Forbes richest people in the country. The total wealth of the two brothers from Kudus reached US $ 38.8 billion, equivalent to Rp.543 trillion (exchange rate of Rp.14,000 per US dollar).
