BENGKULU - Bengkulu Provincial Government (Pemprov) will immediately activate the sea toll route from Baai Island Port, Bengkulu City to ports on the island of Java. "To activate the Bengkulu Sea Toll Road, in the near future the Bengkulu Provincial Government will coordinate directly with the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) RI," said Bengkulu Governor Rohidin Mersyah in Bengkulu, Friday, February 2, confiscated by Antara. Previously, throughout 2023, the Bengkulu Provincial Government had conducted sea toll trials, and in 2024 it was finally activated by the Bengkulu-Tanjung Priok Sea Toll Road service as well as the Bengkulu-Tanjung Perak Sea Toll Road Surabaya and the Bengkulu-Tanjung Emas Semarang Toll Road. "So in the near future I will meet the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia," said the Governor of Rohidin.
