Lower Mother, Hotman Is Furious Asking Jokowi To Take Action On Mahfud MD

JAKARTA - Hotman Paris' lawyer was also furious with the statement of the vice presidential candidate (cawapres) Mahfud MD regarding the mother giving birth to an immoral child. Hotman even advised President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) to take action against Mahfud MD. Previously in the Professional Tabrak'' event in Lampung on Thursday, January 25, Mahfud MD had made a statement regarding mother giving birth to a child who had no morals. "Emitting mothers and mothers to give birth to children who are not morals, it is a big sin to this nation. This nation will be destroyed when the next generation has no ethics and has no morals," Mahfud said at that time. According to Hotman, everyone must know the meaning of Mahfud's statement. Moreover, the statement was made not long after the vice presidential debate. "Why do we think, who are these mothers, meaning who are children who are not morals? I think everyone knows who (Mahfud MD) children are not morals. If that child is mentioned, it means that his mother," said Hotman in a post on the @hotmanparisofficial Instagram account, quoted by VOI Tuesday, January 30. Therefore, Hotman was also furious with Mahfud MD's statement and asked President Jokowi to immediately take action against Mahfud MD. Hotman also questioned Mahfud MD. "If his statement is like that, intended to whom? If it is stated to my family, I will report it, I will take legal action," said Hotman.

According to Hotman, legal action needs to be taken to provide legal certainty in Indonesia. "Come on, Mr. Jokowi, act immediately, this is for the sake of legal certainty in this country," said Hotman.
