Withdraw Pretrial Lawsuit, Siskaeee Will File Again This Week

JAKARTA - Celebrity Fransiska Candra Novita Sari alias Siskaeee withdrew the pretrial lawsuit regarding his determination as a suspect who has been registered at the South Jakarta District Court. But the lawyer will later re-registered the lawsuit.

"It has been read out by the panel of judges in today's trial," said Siskaeee Tofan Agung Ginting's attorney to VOI, Monday, January 29.

The reason for withdrawing the lawsuit was because Siskaeee has now been detained at the Polda Metro Jaya detention center since Thursday, January 25.

Later, Tofan continued, his party will re-registered a pretrial lawsuit to the South Jakarta District Court. However, with different basic materials, namely the determination of suspects to detention.

"We will register again later regarding the determination of suspects, arrests, and detentions," he said.

The pretrial lawsuit will be filed again this week. The team is said to be completing the required files.

"This week we re-registered the plan, everything is being prepared," said Tofan.

Siskaeee filed a pretrial lawsuit against his determination as a suspect in the case of a porn film production house to the South Jakarta District Court. In the lawsuit, the defendant's party, namely the Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Karyoto.

Based on the Case Tracking Information System or SIPP of the South Jakarta District Court, Siskaeee's lawsuit is registered with number 7/Pid.Pra/2024/PN JKT.SEL which was filed on Monday, January 15.

As a reminder, investigators made efforts to force the arrest of Siskaeee. This celebgram was arrested in an apartment in the Yogyakarta area, Wednesday, January 24.

A day later, investigators decided to detain Siskaeee. The reason is that his actions are often absent from being investigated to interfere with the process of investigating cases of alleged pronography.

In this case, Siskaeee was charged with Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
