JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) has warned of the potential for coastal flooding or tidal flooding in Indonesia's coastal areas until January 30, 2024. Based on monitoring from tidal predictions and water level data, coastal flooding or tidal flooding has the potential to occur in the waters north of Banten (24-25 January 2024), northern waters of Jakarta (22-28 January 2024), and the coast of West Kalimantan (25-29 January 2024).
