The Ex Walkot Bima Camp Asks The Public Prosecutor To Present 92 Witnesses And Evidence During The Session Next Week

MATARAM - Former Mayor of Bima NTB, Muhammad Lutfi through his team of legal advisors asked the panel of judges at the Corruption Court at the Mataram District Court, West Nusa Tenggara, to present 92 witnesses and evidence recorded in the indictment file of the public prosecutor in the trial. "So, at the trial earlier, we asked all witnesses and evidence to be present at the trial, no one was present online, because it is clear that online has no legal basis," said Abdul Hanan representing Muhammad Lutfi's legal advisory team after the trial with the agenda of reading the public prosecutor's indictment at the Corruption Court at the Mataram District Court, Antara, Monday, January 22. During the trial, the chairman of the panel of judges, Putu Gde Hariadi, responded to the request by ordering the public prosecutor to present all witnesses and evidence at trial. The public prosecutor also stated his readiness to present all witnesses and evidence. In addition, Abdul Hanan after the trial gave an explanation regarding the reasons for not submitting an exception to the indictment of the public prosecutor.

"So, I can convey that the exception or objection to the indictment of the public prosecutor is outside the subject matter of the case. Now, just let it go, please prove it, the public prosecutor in his indictment," he said.
