Harlah Muslimat NU At GBK, 1,878 Personnel Alerted

JAKARTA - The commemoration of the 78th birthday or the Harlah of Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) will be held at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (GBK), Saturday, January 20. A total of 1,878 joint personnel were deployed to secure this activity.

"There are 1,878 personnel involved in the security," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Friday, January 19.

The thousands of personnel are a combination of TNI-Polri troops and the Provincial Government or Provincial Government such as Dishub, Satpol PP, and Damkar.

In the security scheme, later the joint personnel will be alerted at certain points.

The deployment of thousands of personnel is because the Harlah Muslimat NU participants who will attend are estimated to reach 150 thousand people.

On the other hand, Ade also appealed to the public to obey the rules when they want to enter the GBK area. Because only a few doors were opened.

"The entrance to GBK comes from door 5 and 7. Then, Polda Metro Jaya will certainly prioritize preemptive activities or preventive activities," he said.

"Providing an appeal for activities to run in an orderly manner, then the GBK environment can still be carried out by the community," continued Ade.

For information, the Harlah Muslimat NU event will start from midnight. Then, the activity is planned to be attended by President Joko Widodo or Jokowi.
