Polda Metro Rejects Siskaeee's Request: Sorry For Continued Investigation

Polda Metro Jaya has rejected the request for postponement of the examination submitted by Fransiska Candra Novita Sari alias Siskaeee in the case of a porn film production house. Siskaeee is scheduled to provide information as a suspect today.

"No (rejected the request for a postponement)," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak to reporters, Friday, January 19.

According to Ade, investigators will continue to think Siskaeee did not fulfill the scheduled examination.

Meanwhile, regarding waiting for the pretrial trial process which is the reason for the request for postponement, it was emphasized that the investigation process would continue before a decision from the panel of judges was made.

"Even if there is a consideration from S's attorney who said that delaying the examination until the pretrial trial process, apologize that the investigation will continue before there is a decision from the judge who examines or handles the pretrial trial lawsuit," he said.

Regarding the possibility of the 'order to bring' to Siskaeee, said Ade, it cannot be conveyed at this time. This is because investigators will decide on this matter.

"So we remain on schedule regarding the examination that was carried out and today the person concerned did not come, so we will follow up, follow-up steps to determine the steps to be taken against suspect S," said Ade.

Siskaeee did not fulfill the second summons to be questioned as a suspect in the case of a porn film production house at Polda Metro Jaya, today.

Siskaeee's attorney, Tofan Agung Ginting, said the reason for his client's absence was due to preparing the need to face the pretrial lawsuit trial.

"Not yet able to attend to prepare and wait for the pretrial legal process," said Tofan.

For information, the inaugural pretrial lawsuit filed by Siskaeee was due to be held at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, January 22.
