JAKARTA - Celebrity Fransiska Candra Novita Sari alias Siskaeee responded to the Polda Metro Jaya's statement regarding the issuance of a warrant to bring if it does not fulfill the second summons scheduled for Friday, January 19.

Through his attorney, Tofan Agung Ginting emphasized that the issuance of a warrant is under the authority of investigators. In addition, it has been regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code or Criminal Procedure Code.

"We respect that, because it is the authority of the investigators," Tofan told VOI, Thursday, January 18.

Meanwhile, in Article 112 of the Criminal Procedure Code, it is written that someone is absent from the examination, so the investigator will reschedule the next examination by sending a warrant and carrying it.

However, regarding Siskaeee's decision to fulfill the second summons, Tofan emphasized that his client had not received a summons for examination from investigators.

"We don't know yet because our client has not received a letter (examination call). Like we were present at an event but we didn't get an invitation to attend the event," said Tofan.

Previously reported, Polda Metro Jaya again scheduled an examination of Siskaeee on January 19. If not present, investigators will include a warrant to bring it.

"It is clear the rules of the game, when later the second summons do not fulfill the investigator's summons, then we will do and issue a letter bringing us to issue a letter carrying the suspect," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak.

In fact, if Siskaeee continues to be uncooperative in the process of investigating the case of a porn film production house, it is possible that investigators will be arrested.

Therefore, the celebgram is expected to be cooperative and fulfill the second summons scheduled for this week.
