The President Director Of Perumda NKR Tangerang Was Reported To The Police For Alleged False Reports Of Riots

TANGERANG - Director of Perumda Niaga Kerta Raharja Tangerang Regency, Finny Widiyanti, was reported to the Banten Police for allegedly making a false report on the Kutabumi Market riot case, Pasar Kemis.

"We report Mrs. Finny Widiyanti with Number: LP/B/SPKT/II.DITRESKRIMUM/2024/BANTEN POLICE. The articles suspected are 317 and 318 of the Criminal Code regarding false reporting," said the attorney for the Kutabumi Market Trader Kamarudin Simajuntak, in Tangerang, Sunday, January 14, confiscated by Antara.

According to him, the complaint against the President Director of Perumda NKR was based on the alleged false reporting that ensnared one of the Kutabumi Market traders on behalf of Maryani Manulang.

"Jangani Manulang has evidence that he should not be made a suspect in Article 385 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, Article 160 of the Criminal Code and Article 167 of the Criminal Code. How to enter the yard by another without permission, while Mrs. Maryani has valid evidence," he said.

He explained that the valid evidence owned by Maryani was the certificate issued by Perumda Niaga Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, for the kiosk he used to trade until 2029.

"Therefore, as a trader, he (Batheani) demands justice to the Banten Police," he said.

Meanwhile, the Director of Operations of Perumda Niaga Kerta Raharja, Ashari Asmat, responded to this. He admitted that he had just received news about the report from the Director of Perumda NKR.

"I just found out, later I will coordinate with the President Director (Finny Widiyanti). Thank you for the information," he said.
