Social Minister Risma Designs Her Own Anti-Employment Home For Social Pillars In Cianjur

JAKARTA - Minister of Social Affairs (Mensos) Tri Rismaharini designed a house for social pillars who had helped earthquake-affected victims in Cianjur, West Java, in 2022 as an appreciation for their role in disaster management as well as handing over aid on Friday (12/1). "I was touched by the circumstances of 10 social pillars whose houses were destroyed by the earthquake. Even though their houses were destroyed, they still prioritized helping the community at a time of disaster," he said in his statement in Jakarta, Saturday. Risma who is also an architect who graduated from the Tenth Integration Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya, also designed a house that was given to social pillars by construction of anti-earth. For the foundation of the building, including the bricks used, specifically made by the victims of the Cianjur earthquake. In the brick there is a hole for iron insertion, so cement is no longer needed to build this house. The irons will keep the house sturdy despite the earthquake.

He mentioned the design of this house as a form of concern for the Ministry of Social Affairs in collaboration with foundations and institutions to assist social pillar actors who have been helping a lot with disaster impact management but are still underappreciated, because according to regulations, these social pillars cannot receive assistance from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN). "That's why how to help my children? Even if there is money, I still can't," he said. For that, Social Minister Risma collaborated with the Kitabisa.com as well as the Pundi Charity Caring Foundation (YPP) SCTV and Indosiar to renovate and rebuild the houses of social pillars affected by the disaster. Of the 10 houses affected by the earthquake, five houses were repaired and rebuilt by Kitabisa.com, while the other five were renovated or rebuilt by YPP.CEO Kita Bisa.com Vikra Ijaz when handing home assistance to Rusli Nurdini, Taruna Disaster Preparedness (Tagana) as long as the village affected by the Cianjur earthquake appreciates the steps of the Ministry of Social Affairs which continues to support beneficial programs for the community.
