Anies Campaign In Tapteng: Years Of Difficulty For People, Changes Must Be Made

Presidential candidate number 1 Anies Baswedan believes that the people of Central Tapanuli, North Sumatra, want changes and invite them to realize these shared ideals by socializing them to residents.

"The people of Central Tapanuli actually bring an extraordinary atmosphere and the people who gather to encourage change for the Indonesian people. We must make changes together," said Anies, who was greeted with Amin's screams from thousands of people, while campaigning in Central Tapanuli, reported by ANTARA, Friday, January 12.

Anies asked his supporters to convey a message of change. According to him, for years the Indonesian people have been in trouble.

"Tell everyone, that for years Indonesia has been in a difficult situation for the people. The prices of basic necessities are expensive, job opportunities are difficult, the cost of education is expensive, and high health costs are the suffering of the people," he said.

According to the pair of vice presidential candidates, Muhaimin Iskandar, this condition is not only because it is expensive, but because there are games that make people suffer.

Anies then invited his supporters to continue to voice the change movement.

While campaigning for Anies, he received a warm welcome from the community, where thousands of people welcomed Anies on the side of the road.

The procession of hundreds of motorbikes colored the welcoming atmosphere. Likewise, when tablig was grand in Sibuluan Baru Village, Pandan District, which was attended by hundreds of scholars and community leaders.

"The atmosphere of Mr. Anies' welcome is an indication of the desire of the people of Central Tapanuli for change," said AMIN National Team Expert Council Member Bambang Priono.

Arriving in Sibolga, Anies was paid traditionally by traditional leaders and the people of the west coast, as well as praying together for Anies-Muhaimin's victory in the 2024 presidential election.
