SEMARANG - Police have secured two sets of electrical cable installations in the dispenser engine line which are suspected to be related to the cause of the explosion at the Undip Semarang gas station in Tembalang, Semarang City, Central Java.
"The installation cable is in the dispenser lane and the comparison cable is in the panel room," said Head of Sub-Directorate for Fistom for the Central Java Police, AKBP Setiawan, quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, January 11.
According to him, the explosion occurred in a row and damaged the entire gas station dispenser machine.
"In a row, the explosion applies to the principle of pressure, so there is damage to all dispensers," he said.
As for the inspection, the initial explosion occurred in the back area or the generator room.
