Regarding Grace Approaching Debate Moderator, AMIN National Team: Not Appropriate

JAKARTA - The National Winning Team (Timnas) Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) assessed that Grace Natalie and Isyana Bagoes Oka who approached the three presidential candidates' debate moderator during the commercial break were inappropriate actions.

"It should not be done when the debate takes place," said AMIN National Team Spokesperson Billy David when contacted in Jakarta, Wednesday, January 10, quoted by Antara.

According to him, supporters of candidate pair number 2 should follow the mechanism established by the General Elections Commission (KPU) which has prepared an evaluation forum if they want to convey something.

"We have a forum called an evaluation forum. The KPU presents all candidate pairs representatives. So, there should be the right moment for submitting evaluations, conveying suggestions, and input. If it's urgent, of course there should be a mechanism, for example through LO," said Billy.

Billy assessed that Grace and Isyana's actions actually made various opinions in the community.

This happened after supporters of Ganjar Pranowo repeatedly raised their three-finger greeting for 15 seconds when the opponents of the Ganjar debate, Prabowo Subianto and Anies Baswedan, spoke.
