TKN: Anies And Ganjar Are Too Busy Attacking Prabowo, People Fail To Get Benefits Of Fighting For Presidential Candidate Ideas

JAKARTA - The head of the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka National Campaign Team (TKN), Rosan Roeslani, regretted that the community did not benefit from the presidential candidate debate.

The reason is that TKN considers the presidential candidate Anies Baswedan and the presidential candidate Ganjar Pranowo to be too busy attacking Prabowo Subianto's presidential candidate.

It is known that the third debate of the presidential election has the theme of defense, security, geopolitical, international relations, and globalization. However, the other two presidential candidates are busy assessing the performance of the Minister of Defense.

"It is unfortunate that the public failed to get the benefits of maximum ideas about how we will improve the quality of hankam, foreign policy, and geopolitical in the future, because only Pak Prabowo tries to submit reports of our defense achievements, as well as his vision and mission in the future," said Rosan in his statement, Wednesday, January 10.

"Meanwhile, presidential candidates 01 and 03 are too busy attacking and even collaborating to bring down and make fun of the nation's current defense posture," he continued.

The former Deputy Minister of SOEs also regretted the attitude of Anies and Ganjar who were considered to set a bad example to the community.

The two former regional heads, said Rosan, also questioned the purchase of used defense equipment, even though other countries were also doing the same thing.

"What I regret the most is how come the two candidates for leaders at that level can't place and take themselves properly and appropriately. For example, candidate pairs 01 and 03 attack back and forth about the purchase of used defense equipment, even ridicule with a score of 5 and 11/100 about it. Even though defense is not only about defense equipment," he said.

"So it is very inappropriate and inappropriate for us in Indonesia to have a history of fighting and defeating the invaders from the sophisticated Portuguese, Dutch, British and Japanese armed with only stones, keris, machetes, badik, and pointed bamboo," added Rosan.

Nevertheless, Rosan assessed that yesterday's presidential candidate debate was also an opportunity to test the goals and character of the leadership of each candidate leader. Because according to him, a statesman is definitely ready to sacrifice himself in order to prioritize the interests of society and the nation.

"We are proud that Pak Prabowo was proven to be a leader who desperately defended the morale of society and defended Indonesia's defense, even though he had to sacrifice himself to be attacked, brought down, even slandered in front of hundreds of millions of people watching," he concluded.
