Starting A Visit In The Philippines, Jokowi Is Scheduled To Meet President Marcos Jr

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) will start the second day of his official visit to the Philippines by meeting President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. at the Malacanang Palace, Manila on Wednesday, January 10. President Jokowi will be greeted with an official welcoming ceremony and hold a bilateral meeting, reads a written statement from the Press Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia. In addition to meeting President Marcos Jr., President Jokowi is also scheduled to visit Kopiko Philippines Corporation located in Calamba City. President Jokowi will review the factory of one of the coffee producers from Indonesia. After that, President Jokowi and his delegation will return to Manila City to review the W Hydrocolloids Inc factory.

After conducting the review, President Jokowi will return to the hotel in Manila for the night and continue his activities tomorrow. Registering with President Jokowi during an official visit in the Philippines include Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi, Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Erick Thohir, Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko, Member of the Advisory Council President Gandi Sulistiyanto, and Indonesian Ambassador to the Philippines Agus Widjojo.
