TKN Calls Gibran's Action Tanya A Brief SGIE In The Debate Of The Vice Presidential Error Moderator

JAKARTA - The Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) said that Gibran Rakabuming Raka's question about the abbreviation of SGIE to be in the spotlight in the vice presidential debate was a moderator error.

Spokesperson for TKN Prabowo-Gibran Hasan Nasbi assessed that the debate moderator should have given Muhaimin Iskandar alias Cak Imin the opportunity to ask Gibran about the extension of SGIE.

"Actually, what I think is wrong is the moderator because it doesn't give Cak Imin the opportunity to answer it, because the rations are cut. In my opinion, the problem is not mas Gibran's problem, it's not Cak Imin's problem," Hasan said at the Prabowo-Gibran Volunteer Secretary in Palmerah, West Jakarta, Thursday 4 January.

Hasan also believes Gibran will explain the terms including the extension of SGIE during the debate.

"Mas Gibran, if there are certain terms, he will explain. But yesterday actually for me, it was not wrong, mas Gibran, actually the question was correct, and Cak Imin was right how to respond to 'what is that?'," Hasan explained.

It is known that SGIE or the State of the Global Islamic Economy has become a public conversation in recent times, SGIE became the material asked by Gibran which was then answered by Vice Presidential Candidate Muhaimin Iskandar in the vice presidential debate last December 22.

Meanwhile, this will be an evaluation material for the upcoming presidential and vice-presidential debates, such as abbreviations, microphones, foreign languages including the role of moderators in the debate.
