Gibran Violates Rules For Milk In CFD, TKN: Pergub Violation Is Not The Bawaslu That Decides

JAKARTA - The Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) said that Bawaslu was not authorized to decide about the violation of the DKI Jakarta Governor's Regulation on Car Free Day. Gibran was declared that the Central Jakarta Bawaslu violated the rules of the DKI Governor Regulation on Motor Vehicle Free Day.

"If it's a violation of the governor's regulation, it's the governor's business. It's not Bawaslu who decides on the violation of the governor's regulation," said TKN spokesman Prabowo-Gibran Hasan Nasbi, Thursday, January 4.

Hasan said that the distribution of milk during CFD at the HI Roundabout in Central Jakarta did not violate election rules.

"Ini kan mas Gibran enggak kampanye, tidak ada pelanggaran Pemilu kan," jelas Hasan.

TKN assesses that the investigation of milk sharing by the vice presidential candidate Gibran by the Central Jakarta Bawaslu is the same as that handled by the Indonesian Bawaslu.

Hasan Nasbi emphasized that the Indonesian Bawaslu had stated that Gibran's activities did not violate the election crime.

Apart from the decision of the Central Jakarta Bawaslu, TKN Prabowo-Gibran is committed to following all applicable legal processes.

"All legal processes, we follow all the results of our decisions, we never fuss, we are called, we come, we face a decision, that's all, if there is a correction we will face it, if there is an improvement we will run it," Hasan said.
