Memorizing Al-Quran? At Least 1 Juz, You Will Get A Special Route On This Cool Campus

JAKARTA - Banjarmasin State Polytechnic (Poliban), South Kalimantan Province provides a special entry path for students who memorize Al-Quran to pursue higher education on campus in the 2021-2022 academic year.

Deputy Director 1 of Banjarmasin State Polytechnic H Ahmad Rizani said that students graduating this year who have the ability to memorize Al-Quran can enter through the achievement pathway on their campus.

"So there is an achievement pathway in the field of religion specifically on our campus. This year new students are accepted, at least memorizing one juz of Al-Quran, we will test the achievement", he said in Banjarmasin, quoted by Antara, Saturday, February 20.

In addition to his ability in the religious field, Ahmad Rizani also explained three more categories to be able to enter this path of achievement. The quota is 5 percent of the total quota of new students accepted this year. "In sports, arts, and science", he said.

According to him, for these three fields, achievements must also be proven, namely, if at the national level, the achievement should be at least runner-up, if at the regional level, at least third place, if at the provincial level, at least second place and if at the regency/city level it must be the champion.

He mentioned the path of achievement to entering the Poliban campus this year is scheduled from 12-23 April 2021.

"So do not miss this opportunity for students who excel want to become experts or professional staff ready to work in the industry", said Ahmad Rizani.

He also conveyed to the website of the online admission of new students of Banjarmasin State Polytechnic academic year 2021-2022, Friday, February 17 with Senior High School students throughout Indonesia, that this year's admission has six channels.

There are six new admission pathways for 19 study programs in the five majors with the schedule being the National Selection for State Polytechnic Entrance (SNMPN) from 11 January to 19 March 2021.

Then the National Selection for State Universities (SNMPTN) from 15-24 February 2021, the path of achievement from 12-23 April 2021.

Furthermore, the State Polytechnic Entrance Joint Selection (SBMPN) pathway from March 15 to April 1, 2021, the State Higher Education Entrance Joint Selection (SBMPTN) pathway from May 10 to June 10, 2021 and the independent route from June 21 to July 23, 2021.
