Several Toll Roads In Jakarta Are Inundated

JAKARTA - The rain that flushed Jakarta caused a number of areas to be flooded, including toll roads. This was confirmed by Corporate Communication & Community Development Group Head, Dwimawan. Here's the list:

1. Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road towards Jakarta

Heru explained, on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, at kilometer 09B there is currently an inundation on lanes 1 and 2. Meanwhile, vehicles can still cross lanes 3 and 4.

Then, access to the Jatibening Toll Gate towards Jakarta was flooded, vehicles going to the toll road were diverted through access to the Jatiwaringin or Pondok Gede Toll Gates

At kilometer 19B, there is currently inundation on lanes 1 and 2. Meanwhile, lanes 3 and 4 are accessible to all vehicles. Lines 1 and 2 can only be crossed by large vehicles.

At the West Cikarang 5 Toll Gate towards Jakarta, the left lane is inundated, the right lane can be crossed. At the Cibitung 7 Toll Gate towards Jakarta, all lanes were inundated, but the right lane can still be crossed

"Currently, handling is being carried out by means of a pump," Heru said in his statement, Saturday, February 20.

2. Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road towards Tangerang

At SS Bitung, a transfer of vehicle traffic to Cikupa was transferred to kilometer 19 Tangerang. Currently handling is being carried out with a pump.

Meanwhile, at kilometer 24 A, currently, lanes 2 to 4 can be crossed. Lane 1 is currently undergoing treatment by the pump.

3. Jorr Pondok Ranji-Serpong Toll Road

At Kilometer 8 + 600 towards Serpong on the BSD section, the Pondok Ranji Utama toll gate (towards BSD direction) was closed, diverted to Bintaro.

4. Jagorawi Toll Road

At kilometer 3 + 800 towards Jakarta, currently lanes 3 and 4 can be crossed. Lines 1 and 2 are currently installing embankments and pump handling.

5. Inner City Toll Road

At kilometer 00 + 200 towards Tanjung Priok, the SS Cawang tunnel from Halim to Tanjung Priok lane 2 is flooded.

"Currently, handling is done by pumping and diverting small vehicles to Inner City Toll Roads," said Heru.
