PBNU Claims Dismissal Of East Java PWNU Chair Marzuki Mustamar According To The Rules

SURABAYA - Deputy Chairperson of the Nahdlatul Ulama Executive Board (PBNU), Amin Said Husni, emphasized that the dismissal of the East Java PWNU Chairman KH Marzuki Mustamar was an internal organizational problem. He said the dismissal had also been long and according to the rules.

"This dismissal is a normal thing. It is an internal matter for the organization," said Amin Said, confirmed, Thursday, December 28, 2023.

According to Amin, this dismissal is normal. He hopes that all parties will not exaggerate over the issue.

"So don't exaggerate, especially since this is an internal organization. Anyone, especially those who don't understand the problem, don't need to comment," he said.

Amin ensured that Kiai Marzuki's dismissal had been processed for a long time. He claims it has nothing to do with the political interests of 2024.

"The process of dismissal is also in accordance with the existing AD/ART provisions," he said.

Meanwhile, regarding who the replacement is, according to Amin there are also rules. "Yes, according to the existing rules," he said.

Regarding the dismissal of KH Marzuki Mustamar, PBNU has also socialized and gathered all PCNU heads and East Java PWNU administrators in Surabaya on Wednesday, December 27 evening.
