The Head of Public Relations of the Papua Police, Kombes Ignatius Benny Ady Prabowo, who was confirmed about the incident, said that the Papuan Police Chief had been evacuated from the crowd.

Regarding the condition of Inspector General Mathius D Fakhiri, it is said that he did not suffer any significant injuries.

"There is no (injured). He is in good health," said Benny.

The body of former Papua Governor Lukas Enembe who was about to be buried in Jayapura, Papua on Thursday, December 28 today, was chaotic. Allegedly, the cause was because the masses were provoked.

"Yes, it is true that the masses were provoked so that they carried out riots by throwing stones at public facilities and targeting the security forces," said Benny.

However, Benny still has not detailed further the condition of the Acting Governor of Papua to the chronology of the chaos.
