13 Kiosks Of Indonesian Air Force Puskoau In Halim Ludes Burnt

JAKARTA - A number of kiosks belonging to Puskopau TNI AU located in the Squadron Complex, Mustang Street, RT 06/04, Halim Perdanakusuma area, Makasar District, East Jakarta, caught fire on Thursday, December 28, afternoon.

"There are 13 stalls on fire and 1 prayer room. The area of the burning area is 200 square meters, the loss is estimated at IDR 450 million," said Head of East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept., Gatot Sulaeman when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, December 28.

A total of 15 fire engines were deployed to the scene to extinguish the fire.

"The fire was extinguished at 10.36 WIB by 75 firefighters," he said.

Currently, the flames that had grown and burned dozens of merchant kiosks since 09.41 WIB have been successfully handled by firefighters. It is not yet known the cause of the fire, officers are still collecting data.

"The status of the fire is green now, the blackout is complete," he said.
