In a separate statement, Rudy Masud as the head of the East Kalimantan campaign team (TKD) expressed optimism that Prabowo-Gibran was able to win votes in East Kalimantan in the 2024 election one round.

Gibran also visited Pontianak City in a series of campaigns on the island of Kalimantan. In his blusukan moment to Pontianak, Gibran revealed that he rarely data to grand campaign events.
