Kodim Personnel Find 12 Sajam And Airsof Gun When Searching Bandar Sabu's House In Bima NTB

BIMA - Military District Command (Kodim) 1608/Bima personnel, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) found 12 machete-type sharp weapons and one airsoft gun while searching the house of a suspected drug dealer with the initials MU alias Ujang (48). "From the search activities that we carried out last Monday, we found sharp machetes and airsoft guns. Now we have handed over all evidence and the suspected dealer to the Bima Police," said Military District Commander (Dandim) 1608/Bima Lieutenant Colonel Infantry Andi Lulianto by telephone from Mataram, Antara, Tuesday, December 19. The Dandim 1608/Bima who participated in the search explained that this activity was a follow-up to public information which stated that at the house of the suspected drug dealer whose address was in Tangga Village, Monta District, drug transactions often occur. "Follow up on information from the public and then we will do it actively to the suspect's house," he said. In addition to securing sharp weapons and airsoft guns, the TNI also found evidence of methamphetamine. "We found methamphetamine, there were also axes, spears, methamphetamine suction devices, cellphones, cash, ATM cards and electric scales that strengthened the role of the person concerned as a dealer," he said. In addition to arresting suspected drug dealers, the TNI also arrested two residents who were at the location of the arrest. Both have the initials JU (43), and SA (30). "Our initial assumption was that both of them (JU and SA) were dealers. We also handed them over to the police," he said. Head of the Public Relations Section of the Bima Police, Iptu Adib, who was confirmed regarding the submission of the results of the arrests of Kodim 1608/Bima, admitted that he had not received any information from the Bima Police Narcotics Investigation Unit. "About that, I haven't got the information yet. Please immediately contact the drug case," he said.

Regarding the directive, the Head of the Narcotics Unit of the Bima Police, Iptu Sukardin, has not yet responded.
