JAKARTA - General Chairperson of the Gerindra Party, Prabowo Subianto chaired the Gerindra National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) which was held at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta. Prabowo gave directions to cadres to directly campaign for candidate pairs 2 and parties to the community. "We are consolidating to prepare the next steps and the final stages of the campaign," Prabowo said after the National Coordination Meeting at JIEXpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, Friday, December 15. "And we focus on all of us going down to the people. Prepare our programs, our programs are roadmap," he continued. The Presidential Candidate (Capres) number 2 also promised to continue the development that has been carried out by the government of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi). "We will continue to build the foundation by Pak Jokowi and we will bring Indonesia to a greater level," he said. Previously, Secretary General of Gerindra Ahmad Muzani explained that the Gerindra Party National Coordination Meeting was attended by elements of the supervisory board, expert council, central board of directors (DPP), DPD, to branches including district/city DPR candidates, provincial DPRD, and the DPR RI. So that it does not invite the political parties of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition and the Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka. "Therefore, not all of them will be presented at tomorrow's event, but tomorrow the internal event will not invite leaders of coalition parties including vice presidential candidates," explained the Deputy Chairperson of TKN Prabowo-Gibran yesterday.

The National Coordination Meeting, he continued, is also part of the internal consolidation of the Gerindra party in the context of facing the 2024 presidential and legislative elections.
