TPN Ganjar-Mahfud: 17 Million New Jobs Are Needs And Must

JAKARTA - Spokesperson for the National Winning Team (TPN) Ganjar-Mahfud, Patria Ginting, said that the 17 million new jobs that became the program of the Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md. pair are a necessity and must.

"The program is based on the aspirations of the community. We are very aware that the younger generation has concerns about work," said Patria at the Media Center TPN, Jakarta, as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, December 14.

Patria said the creation of 17 million new jobs could be carried out by continuing the industrialization and downstream policy that had been started by President Joko Widodo.

With Mahfud MD as a vice presidential candidate, Patria continued, it will encourage legal certainty which will have an impact on the development of investment in Indonesia.

"The formula is simple, there is legal certainty, so investment comes in. Investment will open industrialization and downstreaming so as to create new jobs," said Patria.

He said the focus is not only on job creation, but also on increasing human resources (HR).
