The AMIN National Team Don't Want To Worry About Fahri Hamzah's Tweet Response, Call It NasDem-PKS-PKB Affairs

JAKARTA - The National Team (Timnas) for the Anies-Muhaimin (AMIN) has stated that it will not interfere in the affairs of the supporting party, namely Nasdem, the National Awakening Party (PKB), and the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) in the current government cabinet. This was conveyed by the spokesman for the AMIN Usamah National Team, Abdul Aziz, in response to uploads on social media by Gelora Party politician Fahri Hamzah who stated that the minister from the party carrying AMIN would leave the government cabinet. "No, we don't want to enter that realm, because that's the domain of each party. We are here as the national team and just focus on this," Usamah said during an interview at the AMIN Media Center, Jakarta, Antara, Thursday, December 14. He also appealed to Fahri Hamzah to be able to account for his statement and not to just throw discourse or issues that cause polemics. "Yes, bro Fahri may be able to prove it, so it's not just a fortune teller," he said. Usamah added that until now all parties supporting and supporting AMIN are also solid to win the candidate pair (paslon). "Currently, the AMIN coalition is solid and there are no other concerns or issues," he said. Previously, Gelora Party politician Fahri Hamzah uploaded a tweet on his X social media account that said that the ministers from the party carrying AMIN would leave the coalition of government of President Joko Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin. The tweet was posted on Thursday morning at 09.46 WIB and read, "Just heard good news for our democracy that presidential candidate no.1 will announce that all supporting parties will withdraw from the cabinet this week. He said this was in order to strengthen their position as opposition in the election later. (This information needs to be asked to Ybs - concerned, ed.)". The General Election Commission (KPU) of the Republic of Indonesia has appointed three pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidates as participants in the 2024 presidential election, namely Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar with serial number 1, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka number 2, and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD number 3.

The campaign period has also been scheduled from November 28, 2023 to February 10, 2024, then the voting schedule will be on February 14, 2024.
