Gibran Meeting Kertanegara Ahead Of The First Presidential Candidate Debate

JAKARTA - The vice presidential candidate Gibran Rakabuming Raka is close to Kertanegara, South Jakarta, Prabowo Subianto's residence. Gibran and Prabowo will go together to the KPU for the inaugural debate of the presidential candidate.

Without giving a statement, Gibran in a light blue shirt only greeted reporters in Kertanegara, Tuesday, December 12. He rushed inside.

Gibran Rakabuming previously attended the 2000 Declaration of Parade and Declaration of Teretan Gibran at Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan, Jakarta.

After having time to go around greeting thousands of mobile coffee traders, Gibran then received the support of the starling community in Jakarta.

A total of 22 starling representatives read out the declaration of support for the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number 2 Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

"We 2,000 Tareans support Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka to become President and Vice President in 2024," said the starling on the stage provided.

"We will work hard around to work hand in hand to win the Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming pair," he continued.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka Regional Campaign Team for West Java Province, Ridwan Kamil, said Prabowo would present a surprise during the inaugural debate for the 2024 presidential election at the KPU.

"God willing, there will be many surprises," said Ridwan Kamil at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, December 12.

Ridwan said he would witness the debate directly at the KPU office. He and the campaign team have simulated the debate and provided input to Prabowo.

"It has been yesterday two hours of simulation,briefing, input to Pak Prabowo. Yes (input) elegant debate techniques and convincing the public, God willing," he said.

The KPU has set a schedule for holding a presidential and vice presidential debate in the 2024 presidential election which will take place during the 2024 election campaign period on November 28, 2023 to February 10, 2024.

The first debate raises the theme of government, law, human rights (HAM), eradicating corruption, strengthening democracy, improving public services, and harmony of citizens.
