The DKI Jakarta Government Opens A Job Vacancy For COVID-19 Health Workers, This Is How Much They Pay

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Health Office has re-opened the recruitment of volunteer health workers to control COVID-19. This is stated in the Announcement of the DKI Health Office Number 1 of 2021.

In the announcement, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Health Office Widyastuti said that this health worker has a work contract period starting from March 1, 2021, to May 31, 2021, and can be extended.

"The placement of DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's COVID-19 countermeasures health personnel includes a COVID-19 referral hospital and a COVID-19 testing laboratory network in the DKI Jakarta Health Office", Widyastuti said in an announcement, quoted by VOI on Thursday, February 18.

The types of jobs opened are pulmonary specialists, internal medicine specialists, KIC anesthetists, obstetricians, general practitioners, nurses, midwives, and other medical personnel.

Other medical personnel includes pharmacists, radiographers, health laboratory personnel, and pharmaceutical engineering personnel.

The DKI Jakarta Health Office offers a salary for the recruitment of specialist doctors of IDR 15 million per month, general practitioners IDR 10 million per month, nurses or midwives IDR 7.5 million per month, and other medical personnel IDR 5 million per month.

As for the registration procedure, applicants must complete the online registration form on the bit.ly/rekrutmenrelawannakescovid19 site. The site also contains a number of required certificate formats and information regarding requirements.

Applicants must fill in the registration form and upload a scanned file of the original document in Pdf according to the job formation requirements.

"The registration is done by uploading the requirements in pdf format starting on February 18 at 00.00 a.m. to February 21 at 23.59 p.m. local time. Applicants can only apply for one position and at one health service facility", explained Widyastuti.

After the registration process, the next schedule is the administrative selection and interviews on February 22 to 23, the announcement of passing the selection will be on February 25, reporting to Regional Work Unit (UKPD) and PCR swab examination on February 26, then signing the contract on March 1.
