Gibran Receives Port Labor Support, Promises To Pay Attention To Stunting In Cilincing Flats

JAKARTA - A number of port workers have declared support for presidential and vice presidential candidates number 2, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

The declaration was attended directly by Gibran at the Cilincing Flats, North Jakarta, Saturday, December 9, 2023, morning.

Gibran expressed his gratitude to all residents of the Cilincing Flats for the support given to him and Prabowo.

"Thank you very much, residents of Cilincing Flats," said Gibran at the location.

Gibran also invited residents of the Cilincing Flats to clean up the local environment. The problem is, according to him, the cleanliness situation around the flats is very urgent.

"Gotong royong is not from me, yes. Gotong royong from volunteers, from all residents, gotong royong. Later you don't have to wait for the election, because it's really urgent," said Gibran.

The mayor of Solo also promised to pay attention to the issue of professional certification and stunting in the Cilincing Flats. Residents reported that seven children were experiencing malnutrition problems.

"There are? A few? We'll give special attention later, right," he said.

"Seven people? How many families are there? Four thousand? Four thousand families, right? After I return from here, someone will help," added Gibran.

Previously, the head of the Port Volunteers in Cilincing Flats, Subhan, read out a declaration of support for Prabowo-Gibran.

"The declaration of Indonesian port workers supports the victory of Prabowo-Gibran 02, towards advanced Indonesia," said Subhan at the same time.

Subhan said the masses who gathered were a combination of port labor representatives from all over Indonesia. He also mentioned points per point of declaration.

First, the masses of port workers promised to remain loyal to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, Pancasila, Bhineka Tunggal Ika, and the 1945 Constitution.

Second, the workers declared their promise to support all programs and achievements of President Joko Widodo's government.

"Third, fighting together for Prabowo-Gibran's victory for Indonesia to advance," said Subhan.
