The Witness Revealed That Edhy Prabowo Bribed 4 Times To The KKP Building And Brought A Bag

JAKARTA - The witness at the trial for alleged bribery for the export license of lobster or fries, Dalendra Kalina said that there was a meeting between the defendant Suharjito and Edhy Prabowo's special staff (Stafsus), Safri Muis at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP).

In fact, during the meeting, Suharjito's staff named Agus brought a bag. However, Dalendra claimed not to know what was in the bag.

This was revealed when the public prosecutor (JPU) questioned whether Delendra had accompanied Suharjito to meet with Safri Muis. Which later, Delendra agreed with the question.

"So when Pak Suharjito came to the office, I called Mr. Safri, he said please come to the office after that I received and I took him," said Dalendra during a trial at the Tipikor court, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, February 17.

Then, Dalendra said that the meeting between Safri and Suharjito took place around July 2020. However, when the prosecutor reiterated the contents of the bag, Dalendra again claimed he did not know.

Hearing this statement, the prosecutor read out the minutes of the investigation of Dalendra Kalina. In it, staff from Suharjito brought a bag.

"BAP stated that when he entered Safri's room, Suharjito did not bring anything, but Mr. Agus brought a bag, after that I was asked to take them, but I knew the meeting was over because the door was open. Then the next day I was called Mr. Safri, why was he called, as I remember to follow up for PT DPPP's permit, "said the prosecutor reading the BAP.

Even so, Dalendra still insisted on not knowing what was in this bag. What he remembers, at least 4 times Suharjito to the KKP office with a bag. The meetings all took place in the 16th floor of the KKP office in Safri's room.

It's just that, Dalendra did not remember in detail about the meeting. Until finally, the prosecutor again read the BAP which contained the matter.

"The BAP can be explained by Suharjito and Pak Agus that facing Safri is through me, and as far as I remember Suharjito and Agus met four times which I know," said the prosecutor.
