AHY: We Must Improve The Economy Without Leaving Infrastructure Development

TANGERANG - Chairman of the Democratic Party Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) asked the people of Tangerang Regency to support the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number 2 Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka in order to win in one round in the 2024 election.

This was conveyed by AHY in a gathering with the people of Tangerang Regency at AP Wedding, Sukamulya, Cikupa, Thursday (7/12).

"Democrats are currently struggling. What are fighting for, I heard earlier that everything that was good was continued. All from the previous leaders, there must be good ones and that must be continued," he said as quoted by ANTARA.

According to him, the victory of the candidate pair Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka is a hope that must be fought for for the welfare of the people of the Republic of Indonesia. Both in terms of education, the prices of basic commodities, health, law enforcement and handling corruption.

"So what was said earlier represents our feelings. If we want to improve, let's fight together in a compact manner, together on February 14 on Wednesday, we invite our families, our friends to come to the TPS, we show that day for Indonesia to welcome further progress by having a candidate for national leader," he said.

He also revealed that Prabowo-Gibran's victory would later ensure an increase in the economy and welfare.
