Anies Promises To Build JIS Level Stadium In 10 Cities If He Wins The Presidential Election, One Of Which Is In Banjarmasin

JAKARTA - Presidential candidate number 1, Anies Baswedan promised to build a stadium in 10 cities if he won the 2024 presidential election with his vice presidential candidate, Muhaimin Iskandar. The stadium to be built, said Anies, would be level with the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) in North Jakarta. One of the stadiums to be built will be located later in Banjarmasin. This was conveyed by Anies when attending the Desak Anies event in Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan. "We plan not only in Banjarmasin, God willing, there will be about 10 cities where we will build (the stadium) as well. (the location) is announced later. Not now," said Anies, Tuesday, December 5. Responding to this, Anies promised to build a stadium in Banjarmasin, as planned by himself to build a stadium in Makassar, South Sulawesi, if elected as President of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2024-2029 period. "We plan to build it in Makassar, God willing, we build it also in banjarmasin so that the Banjarmasin club can play here. The data is that there is a Barito Putera football club and compete outside Banjarmasin. Let's return Barito Putera to be able to play in Banjarmasin," explained Anies. Anies continued, the name of the stadium to be built in Banjarmasin is the Wasaka International Stadium.
