JAKARTA - Former Head of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) Lt. Gen. TNI Retired Doni Monardo has passed away.

Based on information from the Special Staff of the Head of the 2019-2021 National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), Egy Massadiah, Doni breathed his last Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 17.35 WIB.
Doni died at Siloam Semanggi Hospital, Jakarta.

Doni was previously sick and was hospitalized intensively.
The man who was born on May 10, 1963, is one of the figures who formed the COVID-19 Handling Task Force (Satgas) in March 2020 who later became the Head of the COVID-19 Handling Task Force in Indonesia.
