West Sulawesi Province Receives Dozens Of Awards

JAKARTA - The Provincial Government (Pemprov) of West Sulawesi (Sulbar) won 17 awards from various government agencies at the central level for the success of implementing a number of development programs.

Acting Governor of West Sulawesi, Zudan Arif Fakrulloh in Mamuju, Saturday, said the award was won by the West Sulawesi government from various government agencies at the central level.

He detailed that the various awards include the transformation of learning, data-based planning and the implementation of the independent teaching curriculum as a driving school program provided by the Minister of Education and Culture, Research and Technology Nadiem Makarim.

Another award is the Indonesian Awards from Inews Media Group in the Excellent Awards for Strategic Initiative for Digitalization of Government Governance at media company Inews Tower.

Furthermore, the award from the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) to the West Sulawesi Provincial Government as a government in the regions that has succeeded in implementing the electronic-based government system (SPBE) through the Srikandi application to all regional apparatus organizations in the area.

"We also received an award as the best regional digitization (TP2DD) acceleration and expansion team II in the Sulawesi region, then, an award from the President Director of LARS DHP, Dr. Heru Ariyadi, for fulfilling health service standards in West Sulawesi," he said, quoted by Antara, Sunday.

He said another award for accelerating the development of the West Sulawesi transmigration area from the Ministry of Villages PDTT, an award from the Ministry of Communication and Information as the second best agency in the utilization of heroines at the provincial government level in 2023.

"Then the 2023 National Level Climate Village (Proklim) program development award and the regional inflation control fiscal incentive award, as well as the award as an Inspirational KIM at Kim Festival in Surabaya," he said.

In addition, awards as the fastest province lowered the fastest extreme poverty on the island of Sulawesi, and received certification of the Three Cultural Heritage Awards in West Sulawesi.

Then, the Award of the Big Data and AI Association (ABDI) for the achievements of the West Sulawesi Provincial Government encourages Natural Resources and Human Resources towards the era of digitalization.

As well as awards from the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights for the synergy of health services and control of infectious diseases for inmates in prisons, detention centers, in the West Sulawesi Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

The governor expressed his gratitude for the cooperation of all stakeholders in West Sulawesi for providing a number of achievements in making the West Sulawesi government continue to achieve awards.

He hopes that with this award, government officials in West Sulawesi will continue to be motivated in their work and innovate to prosper and make the people of West Sulawesi happy.

"OPD in West Sulawesi is asked to continue to work and innovate and synergize with related parties to achieve development achievements and to overcome five development problems in West Sulawesi, namely'stunting', poverty, child marriage, children dropping out of school and inflation," he said.
