5,734 Police Personnel Escort 212 Reunion At Monas Tomorrow

JAKARTA - The 212 Alumni Brotherhood will again hold an action reunion or Munajat Akbar 212 tomorrow Saturday, December 2. A total of 5,734 joint personnel were deployed in the event security scheme at the Jakarta National Monument (Monas).

"Polda Metro Jaya will provide security, both from the regional police and Polres as many as 5,734 personnel," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko to reporters, Friday, December 1.

Thousands of personnel involved are not only from the National Police. However, the TNI and Regional Governments (Pemda) such as Satpol PP and Dishub.

Not only about security, the police will also implement traffic engineering. However, regarding the details, such as roads that will be diverted or closed for now have not been submitted.

Trunoyudo only conveyed that the traffic engineering which would later be implemented was situational.

"The nature of situational traffic engineering certainly refers to the need," he said.

On the other hand, the mass of action is also advised to obey the rules. Thus, these activities do not interfere with other community activities.

"So the hope is not to disturb other people and then other people too," said Trunoyudo.
