MOJOKERTO - A woman with the initials SNA, 35, a resident from Wates Village, Magersari District, Mojokerto City, was arrested by the police. SNA is suspected of molesting his biological father, S (70).

"Currently, the perpetrators are being detained at the Mojokerto City Police for further investigation," said Magersari Police Chief, Kompol Roy, confirmed, Friday, December 1.

Roy said the murder began when the victim and the perpetrator got into an argument. The stabbing took place next to the house until it continued into the house.

"The perpetrator had an argument with the victim. The perpetrator also hit the victim with a blue plastic chair, and the location of the beating in the house and the victim was found dead in the room," he said.

Roy revealed that the victim had fallen after the beating.

"When he fell, it was suspected that the victim's head hit the table or cupboard, while we are still investigating the motive," he said.

According to Roy, the perpetrator was treated at a mental hospital in Lawang, Malang, around 2022. Therefore, the perpetrator is currently being investigated further, including mental problems.

"Later, the results will be informed further," he said.
