Kejari Deli Serdang Names Suspect Of Alleged Corruption In PSC 119 Building Construction

The Deli Serdang District Attorney's Office, North Sumatra, has named two suspects for alleged corruption in the Construction of the 'Public Safety Center' (PSC) 119 Building at the Deli Serdang Health Office for the 2021 Fiscal Year.

"Yes, that's right, the suspects with the initials AA and EI have been named on November 27, 2023," said Head of the Legal Information Section of the North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office Yos A Tarigan in Medan as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, November 28.

Suspects AA and EL were detained based on the Deli Serdang District Attorney's Detention Order Number: Print 05/L.2.14.4/Fd.1/11/2023 on behalf of AA from the response 27 to 16 December 2023 at the Class IIB Lubuk Pakam Prison.

"The suspect AA as an entrepreneur and EI as the executor of CV work. The CV in the construction of the PCS 119 Building is not in accordance with the bestek for several 'items' of work in contracts, ranging from planning to fictitious supervision," he said.

"For state losses, experts are still calculating," said Yos.
