The Directorate of Narcotics Crime, Bareskrim Polri, is investigating cafes in the West Jakarta area and hotels in Cilandak, South Jakarta, which are often used as places for the circulation of ecstasy.

The investigation of the two places was the result of the examination of three suspects, namely, A, H, and D who were arrested in connection with the case of ecstasy trafficking at KLOUD Sky Dining & Lounge, Senopati, South Jakarta.

"I didn't mention one of the cafes in West Jakarta because we tried to explore it again. Then one of the hotels in Cilandak in South Jakarta. We are also investigating this," said Head of Sub-Directorate I of the Directorate of Drug Crimes at Bareskrim Polri Kombes Calvjin Jean Simanjuntak to reporters quoted on Tuesday, November 28.

In addition to the two places, the three suspects are also known to often transact elsewhere, namely, the Code Cafe which is also in the Senopati area.

The police have raided the place. As a result, 11 people tested positive for drugs based on urine tests.

"The first is in one of the Senopati numbers too, yesterday we also conducted the raid in the Code, which is one of the places," he said.

"Secondly, each of the suspects' houses. Suspect A's house, then, D and H," continued Calvjin.

Not only about the location of circulation, the police are also investigating the origin of ecstasy. From the results of the reconstruction carried out Monday, November 27, new facts were obtained if suspect A got it from D and H.

"Suspect A received 4 ecstasy narcotics initially from suspects D and H by buying them. However, it has been used by the suspects," said Calvjin.

Bareskrim Polri raided several cafes in the Senopati area, South Jakarta, Saturday, November 18. One of them is KLOUD Sky Dining & Lounge.

From the results of the raid, evidence was found in the form of ecstasy drugs to happy five.

"One (nightclub) only has ecstasy. (Found) 6 ecstasy pills, happy five 2 pills, 28 bottles of alcohol suspected of violating the Customs Law," said the Director of Drug Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Mukti Juharsa.
