JAKARTA - PT Pertamina (Persero) reshuffled the subholding board of directors. In addition, Pertamina has also dismantled the composition of the commissioners of its subsidiary. This is to strengthen the commitment to achieve the company's vision and aspirations of shareholders in the context of transformation towards a leading global energy company.

Then what about the position of Basuki Tjahaja Purnama or Ahok? Currently, Ahok is the main commissioner (commissioner) of Pertamina. So that his position at Pertamina is still safe. This is because the reshuffle of the directors and commissioners was carried out at a subsidiary of Pertamina.

Pertamina's SVP of Corporate Communication Agus Suprijanto explained that the company has made changes to its directors and commissioners in order to achieve the target market value of 100 billion US dollars by 2024. In addition, the company also needs to refresh so that it is able to carry out business development.

Agus explained that the transformation through the restructuring of holding and subholding, which has been running since mid-July 2020, is a strategic step. Because it is an initiative to be able to adapt to changes in the future.

According to Agus, the presence of the new board of directors will be an additional energy to boost the performance of Pertamina's subholding and subsidiaries.

The management of subholding and subsidiary companies inaugurated today by the President Director of Pertamina, Nicke Widyawati as shareholders are:

1. Refinery & Petrochemical Subholding (PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional): President Director Djoko Priyono and Operations Director Yulian Dekri.

2. Power & NRE Subholding (PT Pertamina Power Indonesia): President Director Dannif Danusaputro, Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development Said Reza Pahlevy and Finance Director Iman Hilmansyah.

3. PT Pertamina Geothermal Energi: President Director Ahmad Yuniarto and Finance Director Nelwin Aldriansyah.

4. PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia: Director of Finance Desiantien.

Meanwhile, the new ranks of commissioners of subholding and subsidiary companies are Tutuka Ariadji as Commissioner of Pertamina Hulu Energi, Adriansyah as President Commissioner of PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia, and N. Hasto Kristiyono as President Commissioner of PT Pertamina Power Indonesia.
