Worked On 2024, 28 Inpres Projects Build Roads In NTT Worth IDR 500 Billion To Pay Attention To The Prosecutor's Office

NTT - The High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) has begun to oversee 28 regional road construction projects worth more than Rp500 billion in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province.

The project, according to the Presidential Instruction (inpres) of Regional Roads, will begin to be worked on in 2024.

"There are 28 packages of the Regional Road Presidential Instruction project that are included in the national strategic project under construction under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office in NTT in 2024," said Head of the NTT Prosecutor's Office Hutama Wisnu in Kupang, NTT, Monday, November 20, as reported by Antara.

The NTT Prosecutor's Office, he said, had signed an integrity pact related to securing the construction of a national strategic project or priority at the Directorate General of Highways of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) on November 17, 2023.

The signing of the integrity pact is related to the implementation of accelerating the increase in connectivity of regional road construction phase I in 31 provinces including NTT Province which is carried out by 32 National Road Implementation Centers in accordance with Presidential Instruction Number 3 of 2023 concerning Accelerating Improvement of Regional Road Connectivity.

In NTT Province, he said, there were 28 packages of Regional Road Presidential Instruction projects with a project value of more than Rp500 billion.

He explained that in the integrity pact that had been signed by various related parties, it had been agreed to carry out the activity process in a professional manner, be honest, transparent and objective and avoid acts of corruption, collusion, and nepotism.

In addition, the integrity pact was agreed if it violated the integrity pact, it was willing to accept administrative and criminal sanctions.
