JAKARTA A total of 18 illegal buildings on Pisangan I Street, Pisangan Timur Village, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta were dismantled by joint officers from Satpol PP, TNI, Polri and Public Infrastructure Handling (PPSU), Friday, November 17. "Today we are controlling 18 illegal buildings located in public facilities," said Head of Satpol (Kasatpol) PP East Jakarta Budhy Novian, at the demolition location.

Before carrying out the control, continued Budhy, his party had given warning letters (SP) to business owners to personally dismantle the buildings occupied. In addition, business owners have also been offered to be relocated to Pasar Jaya and the Development Location (Lokbin) of the Industry Sub-Department, Cooperatives, Trade, to Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) East Jakarta. "We have also offered to be relocated to the nearest Jaya Market, but they, no one has registered. In addition, we have coordinated PPKUKM to be relocated to PGC and Cililitan and the results are the same, no one has registered," he said.
