The Finger Of A Boy Pinched By A Glass Door In Pulogadung

JAKARTA - A boy with the initials N (6) cried in pain after his finger was caught in a glass door at a English course, on Jalan Pemuda, Rawamangun Village, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta.

The incident was then reported to the East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept. office for evacuation assistance. After a few minutes of evacuation, the boy's finger was saved.

"The child's lane was pinched by the glass door. It was evacuated yesterday," said Head of the East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept., Gatot Sulaeman, Tuesday, November 14.

The incident occurred when the victim was about to enter the English tutoring room. When the victim was waiting to enter, he played at the glass door near his classroom.

"The child played with the glass door and his finger was pinched between the gaps in the glass door and could not be removed," he said.

After being evacuated by 8 rescue teams, the victim's finger was finally saved. The victim also received medical treatment.
