The South Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) has officially named five people as suspects in the alleged corruption case in the sale of assets of the Batang Hari Sembilan Foundation in the form of the South Sumatra Student Dormitory in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

The suspect was charged with Primair Article 2 Paragraph (1) or Subsidiary Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of the Corruption Eradication Law in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the first Criminal Code.
