Supporters Of Anies And Muhaimain Start Genjot Activities For Reforestation Deliberations In All Regions

The spirit of change and identifying social problems in the midst of society is the responsibility of supporters of Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar in various regions.

"Through direct engagement and dialogue with the community, problems and aspirations of residents can be identified more authenticly by supporters of Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar," said Wasekjen of the Indonesian Collaboration Secretariat (SKI) Azmi Majid, Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

SKI, which is an organization that supports Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar, is of the opinion that by interacting and synergizing with the community at the village level, supporters can bridge the gap between the community and candidates for presidential and vice presidential candidates. In addition, it can also channel voices from the community base so that they can be responded directly.

"A direct engagement with various elements of society, especially those in rural areas, is crucial, because this can be an effective means to eliminate obstacles," said Azmi.

In addition, it can also communicate public expectations to candidates and supporting parties. This interaction can be realized through the Reboan Conference which is held every Wednesday night.

Azmi stated that the Reboan Deliberation can be used as a model on how democratic values can be applied to the level of society, both in rural and urban areas.

"This can be used as a reference for the practice of democracy in Indonesia. The community, through the Reboan Deliberation, is given an active role in shaping the flow of government movements and policies at the national and regional levels for the future, so that the policies taken by the government will be more in accordance with what is really needed by the community," he concluded.
