Vice President Ma'ruf Amin made a series of working visits to Kalimantan to attend the VII National Gathering (Silatnas) for Indonesian Agribusiness Santri (Consain) contacts to the inauguration of the Regional Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance (KDEKS).

Ma'ruf Amin and his entourage departed using a special plane for the presidency of the Boeing 737-400 TNI AU from the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base to Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan International Airport, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Monday, at 13.30 WIB.

After traveling about 2 hours and 10 minutes, Ma'ruf Amin and his entourage are scheduled to arrive in Balikpapan at 16.40 WITA.

The first agenda during the working visit, Tuesday (24/10), Ma'ruf Amin is scheduled to attend the Consign VII Silatnaske-VII at the Syaichona Cholil Islamic Boarding School, South Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.

In the event, Ma'ruf Amin witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Konsain and the Indonesian Palm Oil Farmers Association (Apkasindo) and the reading of the Santri Pledge.

The event was held to commemorate National Santri Day which falls on October 22, 2023.

Furthermore, the second agenda on a similar day, Tuesday, Ma'ruf Amin continued his working visit to Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan, from Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman International Airport Sepinggan Balikpapan to Tjilik Riwut Airport.

In Palangka Raya, Ma'ruf Amin is scheduled to attend the inauguration of KDEKS Central Kalimantan at the Central Kalimantan Governor's Office. After the event, Ma'ruf Amin is scheduled to continue his working visit to Pangkalan Bun, Central Kalimantan.

Then on Wednesday (25/10), Ma'ruf Amin attended the inauguration of the project owned by Citra Borneo Indonesia (CBI) Group at the Mercure Hotel Pangkalan Bun, West Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan. On that occasion, he will review Abdul Rasyid Foundation's MSME booth.
