A 14-year-old Boy Was Raped By A Man At The Tangerang Dadap Inn

TANGERANG - A middle-aged man was detained by members of the Tangerang Metro Police in the Kalideres area, West Jakarta for the crime of raping minors at an inn in the Dadap area, Kosambi, Tangerang Regency.

Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said the incident occurred on Tuesday, October 17, at 21.00 WIB.

"It is true that residents with the initials W have been arrested, in Kayu Besar, Tegal Alur, Kalideres, West Jakarta," said Zain in his statement, Friday, October 20.

Zain explained that the disclosure of the obscenity began with the suspicion of the victim's grandmother who saw her grandson had unusual properties. The victim was urged to finally admit that she was raped.

Not accepting it, the victim and her grandmother reported the incident to the Teluknaga Police on Sunday, October 20. After an investigation and examination of witnesses.

"After obtaining the evidence, in the form of the results of Visum et Repertum (VeR), the victim's clothes at the time of the incident, and the Yamaha Mio motorbike used by the alleged perpetrator," he said.

The police immediately moved to arrest the perpetrators in the Kalideres area, West Jakarta. Then the perpetrators were taken to the Tangerang City Metro Police to be handled by the Women and Children Service Unit (PPA).

"We are also coordinating with P2TP2A in Teluknaga District, including involving psychiatrist doctors to restore the victim's mental condition," he said.

The perpetrator has been named a suspect and charged with Article 76 Jo 80 (2) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 36 of 2014 concerning amendments to the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection. The threat is 15 years in prison.
